Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Just add your items to the cart and checkout securely. We’ll handle the rest — you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

 

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?

A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@formonfit.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help.


 


Shipping


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–5 days, international orders in 7–14 days.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.



Returns & Exchanges


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn and in original packaging. Returns are for store credit only.


Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: Yes — customers cover return shipping unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.

A: Each product page has a sizing guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
